The idea came from what people do with old bottle caps. Mainly they throw them away. I took that as an opportunity to develop a sustainable reuse idea, which can be applied in an artistic and functional way. Thus the idea of a bottle cap chair came to mind. Using only wood, wire, and bottle caps I was able to develop a surprisingly comfortable, functional, and artistic piece.
